Affordable, big size, great amenities, cozy, better than alter at the same price.
Unclean bedsheets and blankets which were immediately changed when notified.

Spacious flatlet with a garden away from the street noise. Good place to relax after a long day on the road. Nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. The place was serviced in the mornings.
Bathroom and matress can do with an upgrade.

Quietness of the location.
The building was old. Approach is not good. Premises outside within the compound are not well maintained.
