VILLA ROSI - Villa al mare con splendido giardino

The villa is large and well equipped. It has also a large garden with two outdoor porches to sit down and eat. An outdoor shower is also great to use after coming from the beach. Window nets against mosquitoes are very useful. The house offers a private parking in the garden. Location is perfect, the house is in a quiet area but just 5-10 minute walk from supermarket, restaurants and beach. The communication with the owner was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out was done easily by ourselves according to the received instructions.

Considering the size of the house, the kitchen is very small. It doesn’t even have any free electricity socket. Therefore the coffee machine or microwave are in the living room. There are two air condition units, but only in the living room and the hallway. Therefore you can’t cool down any of the three bedrooms. Contrary to the description provided there is no washing machine.
