AC lounge room was working then stopped
AC main bed OOO
Main bed window not sealing and leaks
2 X toilet room holders missing or broken
2x Shower roses broken
No ice cube makers in fridge
Main room fan only low speed
Main sliding door difficult to use and lock
Pillars hard and cheap
Coach made me itchy

Location is Excellent
The apt. is tired and in need of a makeover
No remote found for main bedroom therefore Air-con. could not be used
Missing draw in kitchen hasn't been replaced, just a bad look
Only one seat outside on balcony
Shower gel was empty in bathroom, that's the cleaners fault
Location is excellent, just do renovations then the apt would be excellent value
$$$$
