Location, cleanliness, well maintained property, convenient local amenities (grocery and other stores, pizza delivery), room size, plentiful breakfast, efficient air conditioning, outside sitting area, immediate surroundings. Good base for visiting local attractions.
Just a suggestion - Room 3 would benefit from a better distribution of power sockets (for example, sockets above the desk). The only available socket near the bed was tucked in behind the side of the bed and the wall. The short stretch of the access road to the property is in poor condition. Not sure who is responsible for its maintenance - local residents or local authority - but some work needs to be done.
