Bonne situation de l'appartement dans la ville. Appartement conforme à la description, fonctionnel, bien chauffé. Wifi/Internet + TV OK.
Propreté (de la vaisselle, par ex, mais aussi du sol des chambres) moyenne. Seulement 2 cuillères à café, c'est trop peu. On aurait aussi aimé un panier à salade (essoreuse) et des coquetiers. On aurait apprécié quelques capsules de lave-vaisselle. Mobilier passable (un fauteuil cassé/troué). Rien de critique, mais c'est perfectible.
