バックパッカーとして滞在するならば非常に快適です。これ以上のサービスを求めるならば高級なホテルに泊まると良いでしょう。
部屋は清潔でエアコンやシャワーなども機能します。何よりオーナーのBIBEKは真面目で誠意がありました。本来の時間よりも早いチェックインの希望にも快く対応してくれました。
多くの人にオススメできるアパートです。
良くない点はありません。
強いて言うのであれば、シャンプーのみ用意されていますが日本人の肌には刺激が強いかもしれません。自分で持ってくることをオススメします。
また、このアパートの性質上受付がないので、チェックインするためには必ずオーナーとやり取りをして、決められた時間に鍵を渡してもらう必要があります。

This hostel is very well located to move to the tourist sites and take public transport, is super clean and comfortable, has very good equipamentos the room, is small but very nice. If I come back to Istanbul, I will book this hotel again.

オーナーの対応がとても親切だった。早く着くと伝えると、荷物を預かってもらったり、宿の使い方を丁寧に教えてくれるなど、本当に良い方だった。
鍵の使い方にコツが要る、最初は戸惑うかも。
