It is an excellent studio apartment with all required things in it. The room is clean, cosy and bright with a bit of view to the sea. What I like the most is the big table in the room as I work online, and there is a round table on the balcony with 2 chairs. It is great for 2 people only.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The host was very supportive and met us when we arrived.They left us water in the fridge.
Accommodation was clean and appealing. There are plenty of lifts to get you to your apartment.
It is close to the beach and the Pera Macenzie restaurant.
Only minor things:
There weren't enough mugs and one was quite badly cracked.
It would have benefitted from a lamp near the bed as the light switch was near the entrance, well away from the bed.

Standard apartments, nice and clean.
I have requested to stay an extra night and for the extra night they have swapped the apartment as the original apartment I was staying in was already arranged for some other customers. Then on the extra night I had to live early on that night as business purposes had to live early. Left the keys in a secure key holder. Had no time to message that I had left early. They have been messaging to say I have damaged the sofa and also the sofa was wet too. Even though I left the day before. Their secure key holder surely is not secure. Not happy to be accused of something that I haven't done.
