Close to river and walking trail. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture. Aprtment is on ground floor so only a few steps to get to it.
Although parking is listed you may have to search a bit as it's a crowded area and even in the courtyard is crowded. We lucked in to a spot right in front of the door. Also note that the apartment is quite old but everything was clean and proper with good facilities.

Estancia muy agradable en este piso. Es un alojamiento acogedor, con espacios amplios y bien distribuidos, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, y no faltaba ningún detalle para sentirse como en casa. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para alojarse. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Es un apartamento muy grande y muy económico
Sigue en el siglo XX y hay algunas cosas que hay que limpiar mejor o una manita de pintura

El apartamento en si esta bastante bien para la edad que tiene y ser un bajo, los muebles que probé no estaban mal, especialmente el sofa del salón. Y el Netflix gratuito.
Los vecinos ruidosos incluso a altas horas. Para tratarse de un apartamento a pie de calle podria ser mas ruidoso que cualquier otro piso pero no, es muy silencioso y el problema son los vecinos que golpean, arrastran o ponen la televisión a un volumen elevado incluso a altas horas.
