Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko ratusza i Bramy Krakowskiej, czyli bardzo gwarnych miejsc miasta. Mimo tego w apartamencie totalna cisza. Bardzo duża ilość wyposażenia dostępnego na miejscu, w tym pralka i zmywarka albo sprawna klimatyzacja.
Brudna sofa jak po imprezie, białe ściany podrapane, jakby krzyczały, że chcą remontu. Pierwsze uruchomienie telewizora skończyło się na tym, że było ostatnim, od samego początku miał rozbitą matrycę. Deska w muszli klozetowej od samego początku pęknięta. Po zgłoszeniu do właściciela obiektu wszelkich problemów nikt później się nie odezwał, aby chociażby usunąć znalezione usterki najprawdopodobniej po poprzednich lokatorach.
