Villa Celtis

Perfectly clean and tidy. Very posh and the pool was very welcoming after a hot day out and cleaned every morning before 8am There’s a tortoise that wanders around in the morning we loved seeing it. every thing we wanted was in the villa Sharp knives good pans sandwich griddle press etc .We had suspected that it was only the ground floor that we rented but it could have been clearer in the description as it has photos of the whole place inc upstairs that the owner lives in.(says the entire place is yours) It really was not a problem at all as they don’t really overlook the pool or interact with us at all other than having a chat by the garage. And actually it’s good that they are nearby in case you need something.

Pool and like new quality property trips to waterfalls very expensive but pretty. Canoe trip in the mountains was brilliant Best trip although expensive was the fast rib boat tour to the further islands 8 hours of swimming speeding along in boat and snorkelling over a ship wreck We got a ferry over to the nearest island the ferry times can be difficult to understand and seem different to advertised

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The place was even better than expected — spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The pool was absolutely stunning and became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the harbor, with several bars and restaurants nearby, and the old town can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We stayed as a group of girls and felt very comfortable. It was the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended! The owner, who lives above the apartment, was always available via WhatsApp and helped us directly whenever we needed something.

Host was incredible and went above and beyond - lots of additional info provided such as location of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Offer of more dishwasher tablets/washing detergent really appreciated and even delivered more coffee when we couldn't find it in the shops. Accommodation is gorgeous, luxurious almost. Outside space is glorious and the pool is the nicest we have ever used. Lots of nice little touches, such as welcome sweets, coffee, wine. Location is great with a surprising amount around the villa. Did use Bolt for the Old Town sometimes but we were with a 7yr old. Only a few Euros.

Part of the pool view is a big Warehouse and there is a lot of building work going on so sometimes you couldn't fully relax with the drilling etc. It didn't ruin anything but sometimes needed to sit inside. It does seem to be an area full of development which is great so don't want to criticise as it's life and great for Zadar. Wouldn't stop us returning, just took us by surprise, maybe wrongly.
