We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The place was even better than expected — spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The pool was absolutely stunning and became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sun.
Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the harbor, with several bars and restaurants nearby, and the old town can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes.
We stayed as a group of girls and felt very comfortable. It was the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended! The owner, who lives above the apartment, was always available via WhatsApp and helped us directly whenever we needed something.

Host was incredible and went above and beyond - lots of additional info provided such as location of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Offer of more dishwasher tablets/washing detergent really appreciated and even delivered more coffee when we couldn't find it in the shops. Accommodation is gorgeous, luxurious almost. Outside space is glorious and the pool is the nicest we have ever used. Lots of nice little touches, such as welcome sweets, coffee, wine. Location is great with a surprising amount around the villa. Did use Bolt for the Old Town sometimes but we were with a 7yr old. Only a few Euros.
Part of the pool view is a big Warehouse and there is a lot of building work going on so sometimes you couldn't fully relax with the drilling etc. It didn't ruin anything but sometimes needed to sit inside. It does seem to be an area full of development which is great so don't want to criticise as it's life and great for Zadar. Wouldn't stop us returning, just took us by surprise, maybe wrongly.

An excellent and modern apartment, finished to a high standard, with a superb pool. The accommodation is exceptional boasting two en-suite bedrooms and a further 3rd shower room, open plan kitchen diner and lounge, a snug that can be opened to the outside and a dining room that also can be opened to the outside to enjoy the sun. There is air conditioning in the main open area and bedrooms which will keep your stay perfect.
The accommodation has well maintained gardens, an additional external dining area, large and sheltered barbecue. The pool has several large umbrellas surrounded by sun loungers and an external shower providing a relaxing experience.
The owners are very accommodating and helpful when called upon. They provided many tips / links on where to eat, relax, shop and the local sea-taxi that takes you to the heart of the old Zadar city.
We had a wonderful stay and we have no hesitation in returning.
