The location was decent, sunrise view was nice, and it was spacious. Futons were comfortable
There were weird stains on the sofa, and curtains at the shower area instead of a door. (there were stains on this curtains too.) Floor felt oily. There were a surprising amount of insects that looked like baby cockroaches, and we spent quite a bit of time killing those bugs before a relatively large spider appeared.
