vue sur mer avec terrasse très agréable,proximité de la plage,retaurants,bus très proche pour aller dans le vieux Sète,pas trop de nuisance meme le soir commerces de proximité accessibles à pied
salle de bain trop petite,et puis globalement quand on arrive,très difficile de trouver l'appartement et la place de voiture c'est vrai qu'à l'arrivé on est surpris,ça ressemble plus à une 'cité' avec des batiments,numéros..etc

Très bel emplacement, appartement fonctionnel.
Quelques remplacements à faire rapidement comme : le rideau de douche jaunis par manque d'entretien, l"abattant des toilettes qui est HS, le matelas du lit double jaunis également par la sueur ...
