Food was very ordinary and spicy. Very few options were there.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have lovely views . Hotel has a nice premium feel to it .

Room wasn’t cleaned automatically for housekeeping when we went out for whole day ! Had to specially call for it in the evening ! No proper sufficient parking space becomes chaotic even if only 2-3 guest cars come at a time . The check out time took too long , reception staff is friendly and wants to help but is too slow to react for even small requests like water bottles or towels . Seems the hotel is understaffed .

Rooms neat and clean. Bedsheets, towels, napkins excellent quality. Good location. Excellent food.

The hotel's views are genuinely beautiful, and we appreciated them even without a balcony room. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent — easy to navigate and conveniently close to Hatu Temple and other local attractions, which made exploring the area effortless.

Our buffet experience across both mornings fell significantly short of the standard we expected, particularly given our investment of $35,000 for two nights including breakfast. On the first morning, there was no server present at 10:00 AM and every serving station was empty — not the welcome we hoped for to start our stay. The service attitude throughout was notably unwelcoming; staff showed no warmth or initiative, which was a stark contrast to the attentive, gracious service we have experienced at comparable properties. On the second morning, my husband was attending to our unwell son in the room and I requested the server to pack breakfast for them. I was flatly told that packing was not possible — no alternative was offered, no empathy shown. A simple gesture of flexibility in that moment would have meant a great deal. What I found most surprising was being charged for my young son's milk. Not only is charging for milk for a child unexpected at this level of hospitality, but the bill itself reflected the item crossed out in pen with 'milk' written over 'tea' — suggesting the property had no system in place to even process this charge properly, yet still proceeded to bill us for it. We have stayed at many properties and have always appreciated servers who take genuine pride in their role. That pride and warmth was simply absent here. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the property itself has great potential and we would welcome the opportunity to return under improved service conditions."
