Sokon Residence at Madinaty

What I liked the most was the prompt response of Sokon staff. No matter what time you messaged them they response instantly. They try their best to make your trip easier. The apartment is clean, furniture is like new and is enough for small family. Proximity to the All seasons mall was an asset. You can get whatever you need within a walking distant the mall has Carfour express, cafes, restaurants and more.

Overall was good

Its ground floor in a clean and quite area in New Cairo, the house is clean and cozy. We were allowed to check in earlier than stated

First issue we had in our first few hours from checking in was with the wifi, I was working online during my stay in Sokon but the Internet connection was so bad we had to fix it at least 3 times everyday and it took around 30 minutes of turning the router on and off until it works. They didn't have any cleaning supplies not even dish soap or laundry detergent and we stayedfor 6 nights so we had yo buy our own supplies... shower gel, shampoo and hand soap were the same exact liquid. I didn't expect them to knock on the door 45 minutes before checkout asking me to leave? I explained that it was at 12pm and the staff member said thats fine... but this should not happen at any booking.
