Luxury Apartment Via Veneto

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gute Betreuung

Nur Kleinigkeiten zur Ausstattung: keine Küchenhandtücher, nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person für eine Woche. Wir haben uns dann kostenpflichtig je ein weiteres Handtuch bestellt, die direkt am nächsten Tag gebracht wurden.

Apartamento bonito en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Habitaciones amplias y 2 baños muy comodos para todos los que eramos. Buena calefaccion. Nos permitieron salir un poco mas tarde por el cambio de hora.

El sofacama y una cama individual estaban bastante deterioradas. Almohadas altas pero eso va en gustos.

O apartamento é espaçoso e limpo. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e resolveu rapidamente um pequeno problema que tivemos com as chaves. Dispõe de elevador, o que ajuda muito. Possui ótimo conforto térmico, não sentimos frio no interior no apartmento em nenhum momento mesmo em dezembro. As camas são espaçosas e muito confortáveis, garantindo ótimas noites de sono. Os banheiros são amplos e funcionais. A cozinha tem equipamentos novos com todos os itens necessários para o preparo de refeições. A localização é ótima, perto da piazza de spagna e villa borghese situado em uma rua tranquila. Há um supermercado tigre há um quarteirão que foi muito útil.

O único ponto negativo é que o apartamento fica a uns 800 metros da estação mais próxima do metrô, o que torna cansativo o trajeto, pois os passeios em Roma já exigem longas caminhadas, e a caminhada extra até o metrô pode ser cansativa.

The property was. ina great neighborhood, quiet and lovely, yet not far from everything. A grocery store was nearby, as were restaurants. The hosts were wonderful. They were out of town, but responded promptly to take care of issues. It was a fine apartment, and we loved having a washer and dryer.

Getting in the building upon arrival was difficult. We had to wait for someone to leave and get in, than go up to the apartment to get the keys out of a lockbox. The elevator broke down several times while we were there and the apartment was on the 4th floor. Also, the lighting on the landing was very dim, making it difficult to read the lockbox and retrieve the key.
