Les points positifs : appartement spacieux, bien placé dans la ville (proche hyper-centre, gare, places de parking gratuit), bien équipé, bien décoré, agréable à vivre. Une bonne expérience pour une famille avec deux enfants.
Les points négatifs : De prime abord, l'appartement apparaît propre mais dans le détail, la propreté est à revoir : miroir salle de bain non nettoyé, tas de cheveux dans la douche, projections sur la porte des toilettes, la serpillière n'a pas dû être passée récemment. Malgré le 3ème étage sans ascenseur, on entend fortement les bruits des motos et camions de la rue.
