Golden Sand 2

Dit is een hele fijn plek om te verblijven. De ontvangst door de eigenaren was zo vriendelijk. Tussendoor kregen we heerlijke druiven uit eigen tuin. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en netjes. Het ligt in een rustige buurt, op loopafstand van de restaurants en de gezelligheid. Het strand ligt op 200 meter maar wij liepen altijd een stukje verder (naar links) want daar waren 3 strandtenten met fijne bedjes waar je heerlijk kon lunchen. Ook in de avond waren de tafels daar goed bezet. De ruime slaapkamer met airco is boven, de badkamer met ruime inloopdouche beneden. Kledingkasten zijn ook beneden. Fijn dat er een terras bij zit waar je rustig kunt zitten. Wij hebben hier een hele fijne week gehad. Bij vertrek werden we weer uitgezwaaid. We hebben ons enorm welkom gevoeld.

Eigenlijk niets, het appartement is echt top! Heb je geen zin om 15 minuutjes te lopen naar de vele restaurants en cafés dan staan er stepjes langs de kant van de weg die je kunt huren. Maar op 100 meter is al een goed restaurant te vinden en een paar winkels.

A wonderful and very comfortable home, with free parking and everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout the entire process, from the booking and our stay to our departure. They welcomed us with the air conditioning already on, ensuring the house was cool despite the high summer temperatures, and even greeted us with a chilled bottle of wine. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the location was really convenient. Clean and shiny bright with We would gladly stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The only suggestion we would make is to have the refrigerator doors open from the right-hand side, as this would be more practical and would also help protect both the refrigerator doors and the wall separating the kitchen from the bathroom.

*Beautifully clean and modern apartment. *Really comfy sofabed for my 7yo. *Warm welcome from the hosts. *Good size fridge freezer for plenty of supplies. *Nice quiet location, only a short walk away to the beach and restaurants. The family welcomed us into the apartment and a bottle of chilled water was waiting for us in the fridge which was very welcomed! Some have mentioned loud music from the nearby hotel, which we did hear when outside, but you couldn't hear a thing inside the apartment. I loved the location, as it was out the way, but also so close to everything you needed to get to on foot

*Master bed was so hard. As a side sleeper I woke in agony on my shoulders and hips. Had to try to back sleep which didn't come naturally. *Shower wouldn't drain, so had to only turn on whilst washing shampoo etc off, so that it didn't overflow. *No toaster. *Washing up liquid and a sponge was supplied but a few other essentials would have been nice, so that we didn't have to buy our own e.g. bin bags, salt, pepper and oil, washing machine detergent, bathroom cleaner. Not a complaint or deal breaker at all, but we've stayed in lots of self catering apartments and villas and you never know what will be supplied. Having just a week's worth of essentials so you don't have to buy, for example a whole tub of salt and pepper that you use only a fraction of during a week, is a small addition that would be greatly welcomed when staying self catering.
