A relatively quiet spot, with very soft beds and a projector in the top room! Access to a washing machine, 3 bathrooms (1 was being renovated at time though) and the staff were excellent. Fridge and microwave in the communal area. Message hosts on booking.com for best response times (usually 5mins)

The top floor bed was very broken but held together if you didn't move. Staff offered completly new accommodation upon mentioning though. No preorganised tours pick up there, so you have to grab into town (32000-100000 dong)

Owners were responsive to any of our needs. This house has three spacious floors, very big bedrooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds and nice small balconies. Two bathrooms (very convenient). The place has lots of room in a quiet part of a very nice neighborhood. Just a quick ride away from the Old Quarter hustle bustle. We found it very easy to hop on a Grab anytime we wanted to come back during the day. Loved the little market street nearby - this is a real lived in area. Highly recommend for those wanting an authentic Hanoi experience!

This is a traditional house so the amenities like the bathrooms are well used, but very functional.

Location is very good and it’s quiet during the night until the morning starts. It is nicely decorated, the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. We liked it a lot, there is hot water, ACs, and even kitchen. I would recommend the house for anyone looking for a quiet yet close to the busy and city center (walkable distance). Communication went very smooth, always responsive and ready to help.

The panio is really good and that is impressive for our children. And it's close to the traditional market, it's very convenient for shopping.

It's not feel safe, because even when we lock the gate from inside, the cleaner still open the gate from outside without our permission. And because it has 3 levels, if we are in the 2nd level inside the kitchen, anyone comes inside the house we will not know. That's the main concern. Another thing is the washing machine, seems if we use it, the toilet will get flooded because the water from the pipe will directly go to the floor.
