Great location in the middle of the picturesque Borgo de San Giulano, and you only have to cross the 2000 year old Roman bridge to get into the town center (although the nicest restaurants are in the Borgo itself, literally around the corner). The station and beaches are a bit farther, but also within walking range.
The place itself has a lot of character and is comfortable.
An electric kettle would have been nice. There are people who prefer tea over coffee, even in Italy :-)
