Ruinbar Nights City Style Residence with AC

La posizione comoda ai mezzi, in un quartiere molto vivo. L'appartamento si trova in una corte interna, quindi è molto silenzioso.

Speravo in un po' più di pulizia. Nel complesso lo valuto in modo sufficiente, ma appena arrivati qualche macchia c'era.

Had a great stay here! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Budapest. The apartment itself is very spacious, and the AC works perfectly, which was amazing to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. Highly recommend

The only things keeping it from a flawless score are a few cleaning and maintenance details. The washing machine is quite rusty on top, and the closet/area it sits in was noticeably dusty and neglected. The vacuum cleaner and mop were also left out on the kitchen floor, and the living room setup has an older TV with some messy cable management. That said, it is still a wonderful place to stay in Budapest. If the host addresses these small details, it would easily be a perfect 10.

The apartment's incredible advantage is its location! It's in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, where you'll find diverse cultures and bars serving local food at super-low prices. The apartment itself is large enough for 1-2 people, aesthetically decorated, on the ground floor, with a large window. The bathroom offers plenty of space, and there's also a washing machine and hairdryer.

Unfortunately, there's a terrible sewage smell, and the fan doesn't cut it. Either you leave the door open and air out the bathroom; or you close it, the apartment doesn't stink, but then the smell in the bathroom is unbearable. The apartment was also terribly dirty: there was a thick layer of dust on the shelves, radiator, and behind the cabinets, and dirt and HAIR from several previous tenants on the floor and carpets. It's good that there's a vacuum cleaner, so you can clean it yourself. The owner offers daily cleaning upon request, but I didn't want to risk it; after all, the apartment had just been "cleaned" before my arrival. I even found HAIR on the mattress under the sheets (not mine, as it was black). There are a few basic items missing, like a dish sponge and kitchen towels—I had to buy them myself. The TV only works with Netflix, if you log in. I advise against leaving food lying around; after a few hours, you'll have an ant invasion in your kitchen.
