I like the staff, services were good. food was amazing.Room were clean but not so spacious.Overall stay was good

Hotel was 3 km far from Mall road and the area was not up to the mark. No restaurant nearby.If you want to eat, you have to order from hotel only, Infact no shop for small stuff like chips or chocolates

I stayed there with my Husband for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel is at a good location, mall road is nearby (10 mins by walk-if u can walk up hill and 5 mins by car). The staff (Mr. Jatin) was really sweet, carried our luggage to room, the room was cleaned before our arrival and no delay in check-in(thank u Mr. Inderji). The breakfast, lunch and dinner is tasty and can taste can be modified according to your taste buds. There is no fixed check in and check out and the charges are reasonable. Grocery shops are available nearby. The menu will be given to u by WhatsApp and you can directly call the staff and order from 8:30 am-10:30 pm. Geyser is available in bathroom, and internet Wifi is available, works really well. Tv is google Tv and you can connect and sign in to your account and enjoy your movies and series.

Things i wish they can improve upon: 1. Provide a water heating kettle so that we don't have to wait till 8:30 am, as we are up early, so we can have hot water early in the morning, 8:30 i feel is too late. 2. Insects might be an issue to which i would suggest, daily cleaning should be there (as we did experience rain bugs, snails and centipedes in the room ) 3. TV connection is common due to which if someone adds their account, the other room also has to suffer and watch the same thing which is a problem. (we faced an issue when someone signed in, our channel kept changing to whatever they were watching and the people in the next room had the same issue)
