Will never stay there again

Did not like at all dirty no breakfast pool not open no hot tub was promised a conjuring room and it was given a way to mexicons per the guy at the deck no way to get ice no snack or drink mechanics no blow dryer hole in wall sink falling off wall

BlissPoint Northwood is done on the cheap. For the price, it's fine; don't expect 5-star amenities.

The price was quite reasonable, and it was nearby to the places I needed to go over the holiday. The staff was responsive when I had to complain about a noisy room down the hall my first night in. It's not a Hilton, but it's a perfectly serviceable stay, and if I needed to book a room again, I wouldn't have a problem staying here.

The hotel's physical plant makes a LOT of noise at night; be prepared for that. So does the in-room refrigerator. There was no remote for the TV. I would have greatly preferred carpeting to tile in the room.

Better front desk worker I was told that he couldn't served me because he had to check out the guy first and ingored me check out is at 11 he was trying to charge me extra money for being 15 mins late but I was downstairs in the lobby to check out at 10:50 the guy wouldn't check me out I was downstairs before he served & check out the guy and then he put a whole family out because they didn't pay for the animals idk what happened but when I gave him the key to the room he snatched the key and said that room better be cleaned but the tub was dirty from someone else using the room it was cool but to noisy change the people working the front desk because he was very unprofessional

There was nothing to like about the stay here.

Where to start, we arrived late, tired, exhausted. The room was dirty. Fridge is dirty microwave is dirty, the bed has crumbs. It was not a clean room at all. There was a chain to a necklace where the toilet and back of tiolet meet. Was the tiolet even cleaned? We had to sleep because of exhaustion. I went to the hotel manager and he said why I did not tell him before I stayed in the room. The next morning my husband found a type of pipe in the room under thhe cover of one of the beds. The manager acted if it was our fault for not telling him the room is dirty. I am telling him now... I think if they would have moved us, the other room would have been just as dirty, if not worse. Do not stay here. To top it off, outside our car was hit and guess what, it was a hit and run. So not even the location is safe to say the least. DO NOT STAY HERE. They did not return deposit to my account.
