Good working airco was the gamechanger when the temperatures outside were 35+. Equipment was enough, everything you needed for basic cooking was there.
Communication (Alexandra ♥♥♥) was on the top level, before and during our stay.
No dedicated parking, but enough parking places close to the building.
Supermarket is close to the building.
If you expect that you want to eat outside, you have to drive, no restaurants close to the apartment. We had no problems with that
