Very Clean and The location is very good and very safe

Everything was fine

Pasamos 2 semanas con familia en el piso. Esta muy bien equipado, es cómodo, las camas grandes y cómodas, hay muchas sofás en salón, un baño completo y un aseo. El piso encontramos muy limpio, hay portero en el edificio. Nosotros viajamos en el coche y nos dieron una plaza de parking subterráneo en el edificio, súper como sin buscar aparcamiento en la calle. Edificio dispone de ascensor que suba del parking. La ubicación es bastante céntrica, en el coche son unos 10 min hasta paseo marítimo. Y andando 20-25 min hasta el punto más cercano de la playa. Estuvimos en final de Agusto-inicio de septiembre, en el piso ni pusimos ventiladores, no hizo falta, el sol da un poco a una habitación pero está muy bien ventilado con el corriente del aire, y por el día y por la noche muy agradable de temperaturas y del ambiente. Seguro que volvamos si habría otra ocasión. El anfitrión siempre respondia rápido, escribimos en inglés, sin ningún problema y fue muy amable y ayudaba siempre. El sitio muy recomendable. The property was very clean and in good location, the kitchen was provided with necessary cooking items and fridge large and clean.

The flat above had maintenance work to be done throughout my 6 days stay so you need to be up 9am/10 am and leave the property, I spoke to the concierge for how long this noise is being going on, he told me for the last month and is unbearable. It will be nicer from the host to explain the matter before hand. My wife had traumatising experience as she got stuck in lift for 10 to 15min she managed to set the alarm on lift and the concierge managed to open the door lift manually with some tools.
