Really nice and cozy place for a summer holiday. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Had a great time staying here and will definitely come back

The location was good, close enough to the beach. The apartment was modern and clean. The kitchen was reasonably stocked but would’ve been good to have some extra kitchen towels or rags to clean a bit better.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the shower had no door so there was always water covering the whole bathroom floor. We asked for more towels, for this reason and the fact that they weren’t drying overnight and it would’ve been nice to have a fresh couple, but he refused to give them because “4 towels should be enough for 4 people” for 3 days. On the booking it said there were 3 beds - 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. When we arrived there was only 1 double bed and a large sofa, not a sofa bed. I booked this apartment based on the fact people could sleep in a bed or a fold out bed/sofa, not on the actual couch. He has 2 cameras (at least, that I can see) outside the house and is monitoring who is coming in and out and what we are doing. We had some family visitors stop by before and after going to the beach, so we could all meet and go together, and he obviously saw this on the cameras and accused us of having more people here than we booked for and forced us to pay €120 extra. He only communicated these messages in Albanian, despite the fact I don’t speak it and he spoke English with me at the check-in. Based on the fact the advertising was a bit misleading regarding the beds, and the communication/service provided was accusatory and aggressive, I would say this was bad value for the amount of money paid.
