The property is spatious, clean and cozy. The owners were friendly. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

This appartment consists of the two top floor of a 3 story house, with the garden and terrace included. On lower floor is kitchen, bathroom and tv room, on top floor two bedrooms. There are works going on in the house underneath, but we only heard occasional drilling. The overall cleanliness is around 6.5/10. It may have been due to us being the first guests this season but i was not spotless (dirt inside drawers, closets, dead flies on floor, dust under beds). One bedroom has 180 wide double bed, memory foam topper. The other bedroom two beds of 80 wide. The ac is on top floor at the top of the stairs, is cools downstairs very well but less so upstairs. Location is very central in kurnic: next to the restaurant, church and supermarket (open each day 7-14h). The church bells toll at 6am, noone and 21h for about a minute. Kitchen has most of what you will need including a good set op pots and pans (be aware this is no coffee machine). All items like salt pepper oil can be found at the supermarket. Bathroom has very good water pressure, and a washing machine. Owners very responsive and helpfull.
