Wi-fi van, a tv is csatlakozik hozzá, szóval média ellátottsággal nincs gond.
Az öreg épület felújítása kissé felületesen történt meg. Helyenként málik a festés a vizes falról, a laminált padló az előző, mozgó burkolatra lett rárakva, ezért kissé viccesen hullámzik menet közben. Csak román nyelven beszél a házinéni.
