Location, high ceilings, size.
Fridge didn't close very well - needs to be fixed.
Condensate liquids from AC are collected in a bucket, which needs to be emptied manually periodically, which is not convenient.

The apartment is in a great area of Budapest. It is close to the city centre, but the neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment looks very interesting and unique. It is also convenient because there are two bathrooms. I would also like to mention the nice smell of the air freshener
The only problem is that there is a bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom :(

Location, location, location. You don't have a view of the Danube like the title says but Chain Bridge and the Danube banks are very close and walkable. Transportation hubs are also accessible.
Kinda creepy hallways and smokers always standing by our doorway. There was some mold in the tub.
