Clean

A bit shabby. Needs a refresh Was told would get clean sheets and towels half way through the 10 day stay but it didn't happen

The location was close to the sea front there were loads of cafes and restaurants close by and the main shopping street an easy distance to walk. My husband enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning in the living area and the main bedroom. Linen was plentiful and clean. There were sea glimpses from the balcony.

Unfortunately this is not a good property for people with limited mobility. I had checked that there would be a lift but this was no use to us with regards to the position of the appartment we were in. There is alot of stairs and ramps to negotiate as you move through the complex. The stairs in the appartment were steep and had no rail at the wall. Luckily I had family to help us with luggage etc. Initially I was disappointed that the appartment was rather dated (but clean) however we were part of a large family get together and although the rest had more modern looking and luxurious appartments I put it in context when I realised they had all paid a lot more than I had.

Struttura datata, essendo abituati al Santiago 3 abbiamo notato una netta differenza, non c'è pulizia né cambio lenzuola e asciugamani e non è' menzionato nella descrizione, addirittura abbiamo dovuto provvedere alla pulizia dei locali e dello smaltimento della spazzatura, infine abbiamo trovato indumenti di clienti che ci hanno preceduti. Da non ritornarci

Una settimana con quei costi non può non avere almeno una pulizia o cambio di lenzuola o asciugamani e non si può pretendere pulizia finale e smaltimento spazzatura. Inaccettabile
