Beautiful villa 5 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes from Bibinje marina with lovely restaurants and view of the sunset! 15 minute taxi to Zadar old town. The villa is So clean and modern. There were 8 of us in our 30s and we loved the pool and outdoor area. There was air-conditioning in every room which was perfect. Some places these days expect you to remove sheets and bring your rubbish to a disposal centre but they just asked that we put the bins outside and they handled the disposal and we weren't expected to remove bedsheets. They also had cleaning supplies, extra toilet roll and shower products available if we needed them.

The hot water wasn't working in the showers for the first few days. The host was very good at responding quickly to messages about this. It turned out that the boiler in the garage was switched off at the power source so this was a quick fix in the end. There were no lamps in the bedrooms just the bright overhead lights. Recommendations for future guests: There weren't extra bin bags provided so grab some in the shop. Taxis were very hard to get some days - we used Uber and Bolt so keep this in mind for timekeeping.

Die Lage ist super. Das Essen ist gut. Das Wetter war hervorragend. Der Gastgeber war immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus und die Möbel sind bis auf die Liegen qualitativ hochwertig.

In den Badezimmern fehlen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank am Pool wäre optimal. Die Schrauben der Liegen sind stark gerostet.
