Estava Tudo limpo e não havia barulho.

Chegamos por volta das 23h e não nós foi enviado o e-mail com o código da porta do prédio. Tivemos de estar a ligar para saber o mesmo, após cerca de 5 minutos tivemos a sorte de estarem a sair outros hospedes do prédio e conseguimos entrar.

Zutritt via App Kontakt nur telefonisch. Gute Lage heißt auch, nachts etwas lauter. Man kann nicht immer alles haben 😉. Parken nur im Umfeld mit viel Glück, Fußmarsch einkalkulieren!

I liked the location of the apartment, the fact that it offers easy access to tourist attractions and is close to the bus that connects to the airport. It is also very close to the Guadalquivir riverfront mall; there are many terraces in the area, and it is very pleasant for walking. I also liked the inner terrace. The apartment has a good layout, and the building is very quiet.

Unfortunately, I did not like the communication with those managing these properties. First of all, all communication was conducted in Spanish without asking me before whether I speak the language or not, and even though my messages were in English, the replies I received were in Spanish. While this is less of a barrier nowadays, as we have plenty of tools to help us, it still shows a lack of respect towards the other party. Another issue was that I did not receive any message regarding key collection, neither one day before arrival nor on the day of arrival, although such information is normally communicated to guests in a timely manner. We had to call from the airport upon arrival; the first interaction was extremely unpleasant, with long waiting times on hold and no solution to our request (which was to help us with a place for luggage until check in since that was not possible at the our that we request it) A second call to the call center was needed to reach someone—unfortunately I did not catch their name—who eventually helped us and directed us to the company’s office, where we were able to leave our luggage until the appropriate check-in time. Another unpleasant aspect was that, although the apartment is quite nice, it is located on the ground floor of the building, and the windows facing the street are not double-glazed. This means the apartment is completely exposed to noise, without any sound insulation. This can be extremely uncomfortable during the summer when the number of tourists is very high. In practice, you can hear everything that happens on the street

No estaba muy limpio, incluso encontramos cucarachas y hormigas, la cafetera, el horno y la luz del cuarto de las literas no funcionaban , además quise ponerme en contacto con el responsable del apartamento y me fue imposible, nunca recibí respuesta.
