We had an amazing host! He was kind and welcoming and made us feel like family. When we arrived he gave us bottled water and moon cakes and told us he was giving us a bigger room. He used his phone translator to communicate when he didn't have the English words. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage when we went out sightseeing, and when we got back our host treated us to tea, bottled water, local sweets and fresh fruit. When we left, he even gave us a bag of tea and a Suzhou fan! The location was walking distance to the Garden of Humble Administrator, and we really enjoyed all the shops, restaurants and sights along the way.

Wish our stay had been longer.
