Pontos negativos: Demora no envio das informações de entrada, só enviou no dia, após cobrança. O segundo quarto não tem ventilador, muito quente para dormir e se abre a janela enche de pernilongos por ser no 1o andar. Teria que colocar ventilador ou tela nas janelas.

Gostamos da localização, é bem perto do parque da Espanha, parque Barigui etc. achamos o prédio bem tranquilo. Quanto ao apartamento em si, no geral, atende as necessidades, porém, sentíamos cheiro ruim ao entrar, deve ser ou o sofá ou o ar-condicionado. É bem em frente a um bar, então dependendo o dia pode ter um pouco de barulho. Tem churrasqueira mas não tem grelha e nem espeto. A ducha é maravilhosa!
