This is essentially an apartment in a residential building. The bed was very comfortable and there was a coffee machine in the room. Being on a high floor it was very quiet and also had a decent view.
There were long hairs in the bathroom so cleaning beforehand could have been better. There was also no shower curtain so the floor got soaked and there was no where to hang towels. As there was no staff it would be good if there was better signposting to the hotel rooms. I arrived late at night and the sign at the entrance was pointing the wrong way and as the building isn't called Urbanstay it wasn't clear where to go.

A comfortable place to stay for an over night stop.
Check in was a bit complicated: there are two buildings (A & B) and it wasn’t clear which building our apartment was in (lack of sinage) which caused confusion and frustration upon arrival.
