Distribución. Baño arriba por escalera de caracol muy incómoda. Falta mesa para comer. Portal: algunas cucarachas.

Excellent location with a balcony overlooking Darsena 2 in the Almerimar marina. The apartment was small, but generally modern & clean, with good facilities and generous wardrobe space. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The rooftop pools, terraces and views were very good. The air conditioning and fridge worked well and were much appreciated in the very warm August weather. The washing machine and clothes drying area was very useful. The collection of the keys and early check-in was good.

There were strangely no light shades on all four ceiling lights in the lounge and bedroom. No kettle available and the plug socket for the toaster & microwave in the kitchen was dangerously close to the sink. One of the air conditioning remote controls did not function. No attachment for the shower head above the bath, so it had to be held by hand. No safety deposit box. The spiral staircase was a little precarious and took some getting used to. The bed head was rattling. The front door was sticking and needed a good shove to open it. The rooftop sunbeds had seen better days and there were no parasols.

La ubicación es muy buena, con vistas y mucha luz. Muy bien equipado y acondicionado.

Limpieza mejorable. El cabecero de la cama está suelto y suena mucho al moverse.

De keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken inclusief een wasmachine. Het bed was goed en de ligging t.o.v. restaurants, bars, supermarkt en de jachtwerf is prima. We konden zelf eerder van het appartement gebruik maken.

Het kantoor om de sleutels op te halen was slecht (telefonisch) bereikbaar of gesloten.
