Excellent little apartment in a fantastic location with multiple cafes, pubs and restaurants very close by. Very clean. Very secure. Leisurely walk to St Kilda beach. Small Woollies very close by. The key pick up and drop off was smooth. There is a petrol station right next to the key pick up location so easy to park there for a few minutes.

Maintenance needed on the front door lock. We contacted the agent who did reply but it should have been repaired before we arrived. We were not available to wait for a repair person. Parking was not on site but fairly close by in a parking station. We managed to find street parking out the front of the building to unpack and pack at the end of our stay.

La persona que nos dió las llaves, fue bastante seco al recogerlas y al entregarlas tuvimos un problema porque no estaba en su sitio a la hora. Por suerte la agencia se ha comportado muy bien.

Close to Melbourne CBD. Easy access to tram. Appartment well equipped.

Never stayed in accommodation that didn't have wine glasses. We had to buy them.The sun didn't enter any area of the apartment & needed artificial lighting on. The glass doors to the balcony had condensation on them all the time. It never dried dried off, creating a damp atmosphere. We had Netflix for a few nights, then ran out of subscription, and thought this would have been a standard expectation. But it was well priced for the convenience of access to just about everything we wanted to visit. The issues with the apartment are minimal, it was clean, very sucure & comfortable.The area was fabulous, for dining out, close to supermarkets, beach attractions, parks, shopping & walking trails.
