Perfect location. Modern apartment.

Enough space for family 2+2. Bright rooms. Well equipped.

Even that the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, there was still a lot of dust under the sofa, behind the sofa. Under the tabel. In the bathroom. Basically in every room. So when my kids were playing around they were gathering the dust on their clothes. There was sweeping brush provided but no shovel. I think a small vacuum cleaner would be good idea. I personally wouldn’t mind to clean the space by myself. Another thing is the bed mattress. It was terribly uncomfortable.

Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, just outside the old town, such an easy walk into the centre. Some lovely tapas bars and restaurants less thab 5 minute walk from the front door. Excellent communication from the host and very easy to check in and get in and out. Very clean, comfy bed and all the amenities you need in the kitchen area. Very quiet area no noise from outside.

Little bit too much communication from the host re. checking out, even though we left early in the morning. Having to remove all the rubbish wasn't ideal but actually wasn't as bad as we thought as there were bins at the supermarket at the top of the road. Would have been better if we had been told where to put the rubbish as would have meant we didn't need to look for bins. Nothing that would put us off rebooking.

Happy to coop with very professional management team!

Very responsive host. We booked the room on the last minute and the check-in was super smooth. Also the whole buiding is in very good condition. Room is clean and well organized, kitchen cleaning stuffs like sponge and soap are packed in a plastic bag so you know they are fresh. Also, the laundry is free on the 4th floor.

Free parking will be a challenge in the whole area, but you just need a bit patience and a bit luck. We found the parking spot just in front of that MASCOM Supermarket 2 days in a row:)

Closeness of Malaga centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Good shopping

Could have provided a hoover for cleaning and a little more cleaning products. A sheet or some sort of information regarding nearby shops, church Times, rubbish disposal points and times, boiler instructions/oven µwave instructions would be good.

Great Place !

New apartment with amenities. From a fully equipped kitchen, with spices to a beach set. Online check-in, contact with the owner was verry okay. Practically one street separates to the historical center. Around shops, a market, cafes and vintage shops. I highly recommend! I will gladly return to the same place again !

Pleasant stay in a good location

Good location, nice kitchen, laundry machine, comfortable bed, lot of space, bright and clean modern apartment.

Would be good if the chairs around the table are more clean. For comfort in the shower could be better (bigger) hangers for the towels. Some shelves inside the shower cabin for the soap or shampoo etc.

Apartment ok, but don’t expect invoices

Accommodation is ok but unfortunately don’t feel management company is reliable and can’t recommend while I have been waiting for my fiscal invoice for almost two weeks and still nothing. I have asked two times already

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt, gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, aber auch KI. Schönes Apartment, um die Ecke direkt ein Supermarkt! Gut isolierte Fenster!

Lokalizacja, nowy budynek, duże okna, super kontakt z obsługą.

Mogłoby by być trochę czyściej. Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu słychać hałasy z ulicy i mocno czuć zapachy z mieszkania obok gdzie ktoś gotował, więc miało się wrażenie że smażenie było u nas.

Reencuentro con amigos

Muy buena ubicación , todo muy limpio

Los sofás incómodos , además les avisamos que viajábamos con niños, es cierto que decían de traernos una cuna, pero como no la necesitamos dijimos que no, tuvieron que dormir en unos sofás rotos, en mi opinión porque muy estables no eran!!

Apartamento bonito a buen precio.

El apartamento está decorado con gusto. Tiene de tostador, plancha, secador...

Es un bajo, por lo que no puedes abrir las cortinas para que entre luz porque estas a pie de calle. Hicieron botellón en nuestra propia ventana con el consecuente ruido. Esta muy cerca de la calle Larios...etc aunque en la zona hay un poco de gente más rarilla.

Dichtbij het centrum, makkelijk te vinden. Je kon een was draaien, handig aangezien je maar twee handdoeken krijgt.

Vloer was niet schoon. Het miste aan een kapstok, wat ruimte om dingen op te bergen (oa in de douche) en het bed was enorm klein, leek wel een twijfelaar.

- la mampara debería de ser más larga. Al ducharnos encharcaba el baño. - la comunicación bien, sin embargo , tengo que decir que nos hacen rellenar un formulario con varios datos y del check in/out además de una fianza de 150 euros, y aún así la persona que lleva me llegó a preguntar en 3 ocasiones por whats cuál era la hora de salida, por email y por aquí, es decir , 5 veces y, no solo lo puse en el formulario sino que además le contesté la primera vez. No entiendo porque si el check out es q las 11 e indicó mi hora me tiene que preguntar si me voy antes de la hora indicada para hacer la limpieza. Si mi hora es hasta las 11 es hasta las 11. Y si indico que me voy 10:30-11 por poner una hora , es mi derecho estar o tener hasta esa hora la casa. No entiendo por qué me tienen que molestar en 5 ocasiones cuando además el check in para todos es a las 15, tienen bastante margen.

Fijn verblijf!

Netjes, bijna in alles voorzien. Best dicht bij het centrum. Geen geluidsoverlast. Hoe contact via de app met beheerders.

Maar 1 keer handdoeken, maar omdat we het hebben aangegeven, kregen we gelukkig nog een set na een halve week. Geen plankje in de douche. Geen mogelijkheden om iets op te vegen. Uitzicht op straat.

Het enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat er geen vaatwasser was. Verder was de koudste stand van de douche nogsteeds vrij warm.

Alojamiento muy confortable y muy bien ubicado. La atención muy buena y rápida. Recomendable para cualquier visita sea familiar o de forma individual ya que estás cerca del centro y sin ruidos.

Por destacar el sofá cama que se vencía hacia abajo con el peso y la falta de una escoba para poder barrer con el paso de los días. Cosas menores que no influyeron en disfrutar de nuestro viaje.
