The location, overall accommodation and parking space were fabulous. The property was quite prompt in their communication regarding the unit being cleaned prior to check in, husband leaving his dental implants and there being an issue with the 2nd bathroom toilet.
Though the property was quite prompt to respond, we came to the unit with the door wide open and the unit not cleaned. A cleaning crew came but only did a surface level job which didn't include sweeping, mopping or vacuuming the unit nor cleaning the kitchen fully. We appreciate they came to make the beds and clean the bathrooms but in their haste, they really didn't fully clean the unit. Since we were staying only couple days after staying down the street for Sundance, we just dealt with it.
