The genuine feeling of comfort that the home has. The beds were large and plush, the kitchen had everything you needed, even if you never intended to cook. The common area and bathroom were just the right size and fully equipped.
The property really is right in the middle of any destination spots in the area. We were just a short drive away from almost 30+ wineries, state parks, waterfalls, and the downtown areas of the citites of Ithaca, Geneva and Watkins Glenn.
Very quiet at night.

The location was quiet
The lighting was very dim. The garbage can for kitchen was the size of bathroom not full size

It was an adorable little apartment
The kitchen could have had more cooking items such as a griddle or a large frying pan. We had planned to make pancakes but there was nothing to make them on.
The kitchen floor was a little dirty and there were cobwebs underneath the cabinets so we could tell the kitchen floor had not been cleaned.

Clean, simple accommodation. The 2 bathrooms in Unit #3 was a great feature for comfort & privacy. Host was very flexible with this change to original unit reserved. Very friendly, met us with key and all instructions. She even left birthday flowers with a card!
