Vstup priamo k moru (cez 90 schodov), bez nutnosti prechádzať hlavnú cestu, luxusné vybavenie ubytovania, perfektné vybavenie kuchyne, zariadenie bytu všetko nové, veľké, čisté, vhodné pre 1 - 2 osoby, nebolo treba používať auto počas pobytu, Veľmi milí a ochotní domáci. Perfektná čistá piesková pláž s malými stromčekmi, Pieskové dno až do veľkej hĺbky. Príjemné pešie prechádzky do centra Omišu, po ceste veľa obchodov a marketov. Parkovanie bez poplatku priamo v dvore.

Okno spálne je otočené priamo k ceste, Okno je možné otvoriť od polnoci do štvrtej ráno, inak hluk neumožňuje spánok.
