Czystość i wyposażenie na naprawdę wysokim poziomie.
Brak klimatyzacji lub choćby wiatraka żeby nie trzeba było otwierać okien i słuchać stukotu tramwajów.

Położenie, udogodnienia, czystość i komfort na wysokim poziomie. Brawo
In minus, to hałas zza zamkniętych okien, przejeżdżających tramwajów. Latem przy otwartych oknach hałas może być bardziej uciążliwy. Dlatego też proponuję dopisać do wynajmowanych apartamentów od strony ulicy, dopisek o możliwym wyższym natężeniu hałasu. Druga sprawa, to aż nazbyt małe poduszki na bardzo szerokim łóżku (2 metry) sypialnym, które wyglądały jak miniaturki. Samo łóżko bardzo wygodne
