Mugav ja kodune korter. Paras väiksele seltskonnale, väga kuuma ilmaga konditsioneer oli väga vajalik. Parkimine ukse ees.
Mõned miinused teatasin otse omanikule, aga tolmuimeja puudumine koera tõttu oli endale kõige suurem miinus.

Asukoht oli väga hea. Meeldis see, et oli suur külmkapp koos sügavkülmaga, lisaks kodumasinatest nõudepesumasin ja pesumsin koos pesuvahenditega. Pimendavad kardinad magamistoas olid väga hea ja palaval õhtul oli ka konditsioneerist kasu.
Tekid olid suve jaoks natuke liiga paksud. Dušisegisti tahtis alguses tundmaõppimist - oli natuke liiga tundlik. Söögilaua toolid võiks olla pigem kõvakattega, kuna pehme kanga korral peab kogu aeg jälgima, et väikesed lapsed seda ära ei määriks.

Remontoitu asunto, jonne ei kuulunut naapurin/taloyhtiön äänet eli ihanan rauhallista. Rannalle lyhyt matka, kävellen kuljimme myös keskustaan.
Ilmastoinnin kaukosäätimen kanssa ongelma, lämpötilaa ei voinut laskea. Patterin irrotus palautti jonkun asetuksen ja silloin saimme 24 astetta. Suihkukaappi vuotaa ja vedet tulee lattialle, jonne vesi jää seisomaan ja ”suihkumatto” menee litimäräksi ja ei ehdi kuivua ennen seuraavaa suihkukertaa. Pyyhkeitä voisi olla enemmän, oma pyyhe kasvoille ja käsille. Pyyhkeet ohuita.
