The shower clogged up.

The apartment was just like in the photos, it was very comfortable with a toddler and 2 schoolkids. The location is excellent and the host was super nice, very helpful and always available. Initially we had some technical issues with sending the payment and the host was very helpful and patient until we managed to solve it. The apartment has nice quality furniture and the view is great, the kids loved to play in the window. I think it is great value for the price, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment floor was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. We found cigarette buds on the bathroom floor and under the beds, and some pills below and next to the fridge - it generally felt like the floor was not cleaned at all (even though I have to add that the beddings and the surfaces were clean). Also, the kitchen had almost nothing to use (no dishes, just a few spoons and one wok, and paper cups. We got only a half roll of toilet paper for 6 nights for the 5 of us, which was not ideal. And lastly, entry to the building without a Chinese number was impossible, as we would have needed a code generated for us that required a local number to start with. So we always relied on the kindness of the reception workers to let us in, and they normally did without a problem but the night guards were not so easy to convince we were actually staying there, so entry in the evening hours was a little stressful.

The property was clean, the location through the guidance provided was easy to find. Amazing value for the price. The host was very helpful and nice. I 100% recommend this place for everyone travelling to Chengdu.

Ø - everything was great.

The apartments are confortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He answered very quick to our requests. The location is very close to a subway station. In the nearby there are enough options to eat. There are a few supermarkets that were opened until very late. There was no problem for taxi drivers to find the location. If I'd come in Chengdu again, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

One of the apartments didn't have a doorman downstairs and because of that, in the beggining it was not so easy to pass through the turnstiles from downstairs. But watching the food delivery guys, we learnt the trick how to pass by.
