A protected fragment of Philippe Auguste's medieval city wall is incorporated directly into the apartment. Nearby once stood the former Porte Bordet, one of the gateways through the fortifications of medieval Paris.
Ancient stone and dark timber beams meet a carefully renovated contemporary interior, creating a space with a character that could only belong to Paris.
Set back from the street and reached by a short staircase, the studio opens directly onto its own private terrace. Surrounded by a lush green backdrop and hidden from the street, it feels like a small outdoor room in the middle of the city.
Morning coffee outside. A quiet afternoon with a book. A glass of wine at the end of the day.
The studio is ideal for a couple or solo traveler. A third guest can sleep on the convertible sofa, which is fitted with a proper mattress rather than a simple fold-out cushion.

Adorable little apartment perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed, including a spare outlet adapter, which was a kind thought for foreign visitors. The terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning tea. Great location with plenty of local cafes and easy walking distance to the metro and city center. I stayed there alone and never felt unsafe. Host was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. C’était parfait!

This apartment is in a lovely location of the Latin Quarter, with plenty of restaurants nearby, lively and interesting neighborhood. Grocery store within walking distance. Loved having the terrace. We were able to do laundry and hang it outside to dry which saved us a trip to laundromat. Fabricio was very responsive to our questions and the check in process went smoothly. I would love to stay here again.

Nice location and nice apartment with everything we needed. However, listing said 2 beds and when we arrived the landlord told us that we had to notify him that we needed 2 beds. He thought we were a couple, and did not have extra sheets for the pull-out. I was travelling with my mother and we needed 2 beds. He told us he would get back to us for extra sheets and he never did. I was very disappointed and never have I had to specify that I need 2 beds when it is written on the listing.
