Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the villa features two queen beds, two storage benches, and dimmable recessed lighting throughout, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere whether you’re settling in after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.
The inviting living area offers a plush sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV with an adjustable wall mount for comfortable viewing from either the couch or the beds. Throughout the villa, you’ll find multiple lighting options, including lamps and dimmable fixtures, making it easy to create just the right ambiance for reading, working, or unwinding.
Need to catch up on work or journal during your stay? A dedicated workspace with a beautiful writing desk, bench, and lamp provides a comfortable spot to focus while still enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Start your mornings with the Keurig Duo coffee maker, offering both single-serve K-Cups and a traditional drip coffee option. Complimentary regular coffee, decaf, tea, and hot chocolate are provided to help you ease into the day.
Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or simply take in the fresh air before heading out to explore everything southeastern Connecticut has to offer.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy access to two community clubhouses featuring:

Beautiful property! Minutes from Mohegan Sun and half hour to Mystic. Perfect location. Beautiful pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Great amenities. So surprised by the snacks and bottled water. A very nice touch! We had everything we needed to feel at home (games, blankets, plenty of towels). Kitchen stocked with appliances and anything you could possibly need. Would recommend highly!!! Host provided great information and responsive! 10/10!

My wife and I stayed at The Villas at Norwich Inn & Spa. Our Villa was 424, Nat is an exceptional host. The villa was spotless with extra amenities for our convenience. Check-in and Check-out simple. We will stay again.
