About this house rental
The cottage "le charme" of 65 m2 for 4 people maximum is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 independent cottages. Each has a private and equipped terrace overlooking a park of 2400 m² with a view of the canals.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, a kitchen that opens onto the living room, and the dining room. A small corridor leads to the bathroom and the separate toilet.the doors and beams are quite low, moreover the staircase is a little steep (steps not wide)
Upstairs a bedroom under the sloping roof with two single beds each, opens onto a second bathroom.
In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for the tenants of the gîtes open from 8 am to 8 pm) is equipped with an American billiards, sports equipment and a sauna is available to you free of charge.
Please note that the cottage is for a maximum capacity of 5 people, you will not be able to invite people from outside, on the other hand there is only one parking space per cottage.
From your terrace you can admire the quiet sunset, as well as the many migratory birds in the heart of this Natura 2000 classified site.
Finally the cottages all classified 3* are located 8 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier.
Please note:
Sheets (optional: 16 euros per bed in addition) and towels (to be brought by you) are not provided.
the end-of-stay cleaning package is optional at 50 euros.
