The hosts were great in making sure the dates and rates were lined up. They were super quick with all questions and requests. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the staff at the hotel / studio. Russell was super nice handling the booking and the front desk staff were very friendly, including Pam, the concierge. The location is perfect, you can walk to everything. Outside the hotel is safe, and the hotel is clean.

We had a great stay! The bed was a king-size bed and it was super comfortable. The spa and gym area was nice. It was too cold most of the time to sit outside and enjoy a drink or coffee, but there was an area outside of the room to have adult interaction during happy hours. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The owner was fantastic communicating with us regarding our stay. This place is in a great area, close to the shopping district. We Will definitely stay again when we visit SF again. Thank you!
