This condo/hotel-style place was clean and updated. It was very close to Disney, Universal, and all Orlando has to offer! It was very easy to get into the secure building and the room. Being in building 3 was a little away from the pools, but not bad. We wish we had known the times of the pools ahead of time because they were closed by the time we went to use them. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub could use some updating. They did not appear very clean or inviting, so we didn't use them during our stay. Vitor answered any questions we had immediately- great communication. Lastly, the iron didn't work when we needed to touch up our clothes for a wedding, and the sliding door to the patio works, but the user must be cautious as it falls off the track immediately. Therefore, the slider should be replaced sooner rather than later for safety.
