Enjoy easy access to everything Shortpump and Richmond from this perfectly located home base! This private space includes a large bedroom, full bath, living room, well-equipped kitchenette, dining space, private laundry, office, outdoor patio, 2 private parking spots and 2 separate entrances.
Steps from the best of Shortpump shopping, gyms, easy access to 64 and 295 with only a 19-min commute to Richmond. Easy walk to walking/jogging trails along Rooty Branch stream and great Shortpump parks.
This space is perfect for traveling nurses, those relocating to the area and traveling with pets, professionals working out of Richmond, or couples wanting a central location for exploring the surrounding areas.
*** PLEASE NOTE, this suite is located in the private basement of the home. The upstairs of the home is strictly private and attempting to access the upstairs for any reason is prohibited. The entire walkout basement, including the kitchenette, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry and backyard patio, is exclusively yours to enjoy. You will have 2 designated parking spaces in the shared driveway. ***

2) Aggression, excessive barking, furniture destruction will not be tolerated and we expect all pets to be potty-trained.
3) You are responsible for your pet(s) at all times and they must remain under your control when on the premises, including when outside in the yard.
YARD: Our yard is not fenced but backs up to other homes and to a private large church. There are ample walking trails on the church property and at the end of the cul-de-sac around the Innsbrook lakes. Perfect for your furry friend!
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-outs, but you are welcome to ask in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

Overall I would recommend staying here. The bedroom is very nice. The bed is comfortable and the closet is very spacious. The shower has great water pressure and gets very warm. The bathroom does not have any outlets which is kind of strange. I could not charge my toothbrush in there and my mom could not blow dry her hair during her stay with me. The kitchen is challenging to cook in. The oven and microwave are two in one which I found difficult to get used to as the oven does not operate like a normal oven. The cooktop worked good but got a little tight if I had two things going at once. There were some utensils that I would have found helpful like a spatula and another cutting board or two. There was only one. The TV was nice. It was a smart TV and super easy to use and login to various streaming services that I wanted to use. Overall I would certainly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I ran in the neighborhood with no issues. The proximity to surrounding businesses, restaurants and the highway was very nice. Despite all that being close there was not any traffic or noise.
