Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. This picture is not of our room, this was supposed to have been our room, Our original room was unavailable due to air conditioning issues, and while an alternative was provided, the space had a musty smell, suggesting it hadn't been aired out recently.Communication could have been improved- check in details and Wi-fi access I had to request on the day of checking in, which made the process less seamless.The room lacked basic instructions, such as rubbish disposal and check out details which would have been helpful. While there was a pod machine, instant coffee was not supplied, which may not suit all guests.Overall, the stay had potential, but attention to these small details would improve other guest experience.
